January 1st - New Goals

To keep myself accountable and perhaps inspire others, I have decided to start this blog to track my progress in the art of freerunning/parkour, where it shall end..we will see

To begin this year I have set a few "short term" goals to raise my capabilities. For the next Month (31 days) I plan to stretch for 30 mins each day while reading my bible. My BIG goal is to also accomplish 10,000 pushups in this one month time period...to do this I have planned out 350 pushups each day. This is a TON, but it will make me much stronger if I can do it. I believe that if I can make it through the next 7 days I'll make it the whole first month! My only concern is pushing my muscles too far and damaging something so I will be closely monitoring my health along the way. I think the key will be doing them randomly throughout the whole day.

Our first REAL gig was to be finished today, however the link is not yet up... I'll post it when it is, but the gist of it is we did a freerunning commercial for an energy drink company! Xocai's Xe engergy drink. Wicked cool.

350 Pushups ...CHECK Barely! Man was this killer...tomorrow is going to hurt lol.

I am also studying French on my own with Rosetta Stone. I hope to test out of French 101 (I think I could do it now!) My rough goal is to study an hour a day when I can but I have sacrificed it several times so far for sleep... but this is a new year! Lets shoot for 30 min French for a month and see where that gets me...
